About the role
The Project Manager is a critical role responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing, and executing the clinical trials in alignment with the organization's standards and the sponsor's requirements. They serve as the primary liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring that trials are progressing according to plan and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of clinical trials, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and closeout.
- Ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate project updates.
- Identify project risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that project goals are met.
- Oversee data management activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data.
