What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases, ensuring effective team development, coordination, and performance
• Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project delivery
• Define project scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities with project needs
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and keep leadership informed of emerging issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 4 years of experience in the Engineering or Construction field in lieu of a technical degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering and Construction
