Role Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery lifecycle for feature development and productization.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular feature evaluation sessions to gather feedback and promote feature familiarity.
• Ensure tasks and projects are completed and progress is documented.
• Oversee vendor services and equipment procurement, supporting other operational projects as needed.
• Maintain an on-site presence five days a week at the Redmond facilities.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• 3+ years of project management experience within research or product development settings.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective at building strong partnerships and collaborating across functions with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. PMP or a similar professional certification, or equivalent experience.
