What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary client liaison, establishing project plans and priorities
• Manage overall project deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and company goals
• Proactively manage project financials and resource scheduling to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct pre-sales activities, including Statement of Work reviews and level of effort assessments
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data within the company's project management tools

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of project management experience in a professional services organization
• Experience managing projects with revenues ranging from $100K to $1M
• Strong project and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the document management industry
• Familiarity with the employer's products
• PMI's PMP or equivalent certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Financial Force PSA
