POSITION TITLE:

Sr. Health IT Business Analyst (Unit Chief Advisory)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides senior-level analysis and advisory support to the Office of the Unit Chief by evaluating and supporting health IT initiatives, IT modernization operations, and contractor performance to support strategic decision-making across HITU.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Analyze health IT programs, projects, and contract activities impacting the unit.
• Support requirements analysis related to the modern IT integrations, and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder issues and requirements into technical recommendations and findings.
• Review and validate contractor deliverables for alignment with IT priorities.
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed system, policy, or process changes.
• Support leadership briefings, executive summaries, and data-driven decision support.
• Coordinate with HITU stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues affecting HITU initiatives.
• Activities are performed in an analytical and advisory capacity and do not include execution of system changes or operational control.
