What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and implement community-led growth strategies for Project Aqua
• Develop trust messaging and campaigns targeted at parents and educators
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance creator, influencer, and partner ecosystems
• Create feedback loops between community insights and product development
• Represent Project Aqua at events and contribute to storytelling initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in growth, community, influencer, or ecosystem marketing within consumer or creative tech
• Proven success in building or scaling community-led growth programs
• Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience in defining success metrics and operationalizing follow-up strategies
• Comfort in publicly representing a product and advocating internally
