Accountabilities

• Own the marketing and product frontend, ensuring it is visually appealing and highly functional.
• Implement and maintain new features, continuously improving the performance and usability.
• Set up analytics, collect insights, and leverage data metrics to guide design and development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, for seamless experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience in building customer-facing products.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Experience with backend libraries such as Ruby on Rails.
• Attention to detail in UI/UX design and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Willingness to work in the US timezone with flexibility for collaboration.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
