*Full Stack Developer*
, you will be instrumental in building innovative web solutions from the ground up. You must be well-versed in both front-end and back-end technologies, specifically Node.js and React.js, and committed to creating responsive, user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development:

➢ Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js for server-side logic and React.js for the front-end.

➢ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.

2. Code Integration:

➢ Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities.

➢ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve cohesive and seamless code integration.

3. Performance Optimization:

➢ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

➢ Address and improve any technical issues.

4. Testing:

➢ Create and maintain automated tests to ensure quality, performance, and reliability of applications.

➢ Conduct code reviews and perform thorough debugging when necessary.

5. Documentation:

➢ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the applications developed.

➢ Document changes and work on updates for application development tasks.

Qualifications

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

➢ At least
7+ years of experience as a Full-stack
in software development projects.

➢ Preferably with an insurance background but not necessary

➢
Proficiency in Node.js and React.js is mandatory.

➢ Solid experience in full-stack development, with a portfolio of successful projects.

➢ Deep understanding of front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.

➢ Strong knowledge of web development best practices, including SEO principles.

➢ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
