Role Summary
The Junior HR Manager will support the day-to-day HR and operational functions of the business, with a key focus on recruitment, employee administration, client coordination, and workforce management. This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth employee onboarding, contract management, timesheet tracking, billing coordination, and support the growth of Employer of Record (EOR) services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions.
Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates.
Support hiring managers during the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. Employee Contracts & Documentation
Prepare employee offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Ensure all employee records are updated and properly maintained.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
3. EOR Services Support
Assist in scaling and managing Employer of Record (EOR) operations.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees under EOR arrangements.
Support compliance documentation and employee queries related to EOR services.
4. Timesheet & Attendance Management
Collect, review, and track employee timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Follow up on missing timesheets and attendance records.
Coordinate with payroll / finance teams where required.
5. Client Invoice & Billing Coordination
Work with the Client Services Manager to coordinate overseas client invoices.
Send billing reminders and follow up on pending payments professionally.
Maintain invoice trackers and billing records.
6. Employee Engagement & Communication
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure smooth engagement and address concerns.
Support employee relations and internal communication.
Escalate issues to management where necessary.
