Accountabilities

• Creating project plans for assigned projects based on the SOW
• Formulating project plans in line with management goals and timelines
• Controlling budgets and evaluating project initiatives
• Leading projects within budget and strategic guidelines
• Developing integrated project plans with customer and internal resources
• Scheduling and coordinating project resources
• Managing equipment delivery timelines
• Coordinating system implementation and go-live activities
• Managing internal and external communications and documentation
• Utilizing project management tools and software for HCIS projects
• Ensuring timely project completion and positive customer experience
• Identifying opportunities for upselling products and services
• Tracking efforts and costs associated with project implementation
• Ensuring compliance with customer guidelines and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
• Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience in IT
• Healthcare IT experience preferred, knowledge of Carestream Vue is a plus
