About this role
Posting Description:
Aon is seeking a design systems-minded UX/UI Designer to help lead the next generation of our insurance e-commerce platform. You will bridge the gap between high-level product concepts and developer handoff by making our design system "intelligent." *This is a virtual role, however, preference will be given to candidates in CST/EST Zones. This position will work CST zone hours.*

You will build and refine responsive components using our **Design System** which is based on principles of **Material Design**, ensuring high-readability and visual hierarchy.

You will ensure that the AI understands our **Semantic Tokens**, allowing it to generate layouts that are "system-aware" and structurally sound before they are reviewed or integrated into active projects.
- **End-to-End Visual Logic:** Execute the full design lifecycle, from structural **wireframing** to high-fidelity prototyping. You must demonstrate a deep underst...
