Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes and systems.
• Support the integration of OnBase with Epic, focusing on clinician workflows and error monitoring.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and initiatives related to medical records.
• Monitor daily workloads and provide support to team members on various projects.
• Document processes and create reports to track project progress and outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience in business systems analysis, preferably with OnBase and Epic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital tax integration and workflow management.
• Familiarity with reporting and scripting in a business systems context.
• Certifications related to OnBase or similar technologies.
