Job Description
About the Role:
As a
Sr. Business Analyst
within the Intelligent Automation team, you will support the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business requirements for automation initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to understand current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.


The Sr. Business Analyst will contribute to the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritization, and change support. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills, with a working understanding of intelligent automation concepts and technologies. The position will help ensure automation solutions are aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and governance standards while supporting the successful adoption of automation capabilities.
