Software Engineer (Stablecoins)

About this role

• We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team with a dedicated focus on stablecoin-based payment and treasury systems
• In this role, you will act as both a technical owner and multiplier: working on core stablecoin services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations with external partners, and guiding Ramp’s evolution toward next-generation fintech solutions
• Help build & scale Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
• Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows
• Solve Ramp’s toughest fintech challenges with new technologies
• Collaborate with engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products

• Experience working on security-sensitive systems, with interest in key management, wallet security, or secure transaction flows
• Minimum 4+ years of experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems preferred
• Proven experience with stablecoin technologies, blockchain-based payment rails, and/or wallet infrastructure
• Deep proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
• Strong production experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Experience building or operating payments, money movement, treasury, stablecoin, or crypto infrastructure in production environments
