The Role

• Mentor and manage a team of Software Development Engineers.

• Drive operational excellence and contribute to design, architecture, and development discussions.

• Build scalable mechanisms to audit and inspect highly cross-functional initiatives.

• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder engagement.

• Work on challenging, high-impact problems within a critical supply chain planning group.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure high standards for safety, security, and capacity.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language.

• 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems.

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
