Software Engineer

About this role

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines that power critical business operations
• Build reliable data infrastructure and backend systems that support product and operational teams
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring
• Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly and engineers are empowered to make meaningful technical decisions

Required Experience

• 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend engineering experience with Python
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines
• Experience designing scalable systems and working with production data infrastructure
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity, changing priorities, and limited process overhead
