Join a well-funded, early-stage startup ($6.5M raised) that's automating the messy contract-to-payment workflows between hospitals and insurers. They're building their founding engineering team and looking for someone to ship production code from day one and help shape both the engineering and broader company culture, working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and release new features, shipping production code from day one
• Work across the full stack: backend, frontend, infrastructure, architecture, and integrations
• Parse complex datasets and design data structures to surface actionable insights
• Drive code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
• Own problems end-to-end, from working with customers to shaping the product roadmap

Requirements

• 2+ years as a full-time full-stack TypeScript engineer (backend-leaning)
• Strong with React, TypeScript & Node.js
• Extremely high competency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
• Ideally 1+ year at a venture-backed startup (pre-Series B)
• Experience turning unstructured, complex datasets into business insights
• HealthTech or FinTech experience is a plus, not required
