### Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching event posters and promotional graphics
• Create and edit engaging short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Manage and schedule consistent content across multiple social media platforms
• Develop and execute content strategies to organically grow followers and engagement
• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement marketing campaigns
• Run and optimize social media ads for increased reach and conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in social media management
• Demonstrated experience running social media advertising campaigns
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
• Ability to create high-quality posters and engaging video content
• Skilled in video editing for social media platforms
• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A portfolio showcasing recent design and social media work is required

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (6 days)

Work Mode: Remote

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
