We are looking for a strategic, hands on Paid Social & Search Media Manager who will manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns as well as lead and optimize paid search strategies across our multi-property portfolio. This role will blend creative thinking and SEM expertise with deep platform knowledge and performance analytics. They will own the full lifecycle of paid social and paid search advertising – from planning and forecasting to execution, optimization and reporting, in partnership with the broader marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and channel strategies and media plans across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms that drive bookings, attendance, and brand growth for all WorldSprings properties.
- Be in-platform daily to own campaign builds, targeting, budgeting, optimizations, and reporting end-to-end.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency.
- Own paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for three properties.
- Drive a rigorous testing roadmap (audiences, placements, messaging, creative formats).

- Create and management campaigns, ad groups, keyword strategies, bidding approaches, extensions, and audience segments inclusive of brand, non-brand, PMax, etc.
