Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Track analytics, engagement, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with design and sales teams on campaigns and launches
• Stay up to date with platform trends, features, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and social media management
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience growth
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
