Remote | 9.30am-6.30pm (GMT+8) | 80k - 130k PHP/month
We're looking for a social media creative strategist with systematic thinking who can turn scroll-stopping content into profitable Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ads.
This role is for someone who
understands what makes people stop, watch, and buy
on social platforms—and can build a repeatable system to produce that content at scale.
You'll create content that
doesn't look like ads
but drives measurable results: ROAS, conversions, and profitable growth.
We Want Someone Who Can:
- Create thumb-stopping social content that sells (not traditional ads)
- Build systematic content production workflows
- Think in pipelines: ideation → scripting → production → testing → scaling
- Learn Meta ads strategy and apply creative thinking to performance marketing
- Analyse what works and turn wins into repeatable systems
You Will Manage:
- Content ideation and scripting
- Creator briefing and coordination
- Production workflows and quality control
- Creative testing frameworks
- Performance analysis (with our guidance on media buying)
Who This Role is NOT For:
- people who are not interested in numbers, testing and optimization
- people who only want to make aesthetic content without thinking of conversion
- people who never scripted or produced video content at scale
Who this role is for:
You'll thrive here if:
- You have taste.
You know what content stops the scroll and makes people
feel
something.
- You understand persuasion.
You can explain
*why*
a piece of content makes someone want to buy— even if you don't know the technical marketing terms yet.
- You think in systems.
You naturally build workflows: 5 hooks × 3 angles × 2 formats = 30 test variations.
- You can script compelling stories.
You've written 30+ video scripts that drove engagement.
- You let data sharpen your creative instincts.
You are excited to learn how performance data can...
