Join FWEB Limited as our new SEO Specialist. We are a forward-thinking digital agency looking for an experienced and driven professional to take full ownership of search engine optimisation across our client portfolio. This is a full work-from-home position with all devices supplied.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients and industries, delivering measurable results through strategic and hands-on SEO execution. You'll play a key role in planning and executing SEO strategies at both a technical and content level, working closely with internal teams and clients to drive visibility, traffic, and performance.

We're looking for someone who is self-driven, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in delivering results. If you thrive in a remote environment, love what you do, and don't need to be micromanaged, this is the role for you.

The Role
You'll take ownership of SEO performance across our client accounts, developing and executing strategies that deliver real commercial outcomes. You'll proactively identify opportunities and bring ideas to the table. You'll manage on-page and off-page SEO, technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations / creation, ensuring strong visibility and consistent performance across all client accounts.

Working closely with our internal team, you'll maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing reporting and insights that demonstrate the value of your work. You'll plan, execute, and track outcomes while ensuring alignment with each client's goals and priorities.

About You

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proficient in GA4, Search Console & other Google Platforms, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Strong technical SEO capability alongside content and strategy experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
