Accountabilities
The Senior Workday Business Systems Analyst, Compensation will be responsible for managing compensation technology operations, improving HR systems, and ensuring seamless execution of compensation programs across the organization.

• Own the complete lifecycle of annual and off-cycle compensation cycles in Workday, including planning, configuration, testing, execution, auditing, and completion.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, including salary plans, grade profiles, merit programs, bonus plans, eligibility rules, and advanced compensation functionality.
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate compensation strategies into scalable Workday solutions.
