### The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team. In this role, you will take ownership of dentist compensation administration, accounts receivable analysis and reconciliation across Dentalcorp practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring doctors are paid accurately and on time and that practice AR is monitored, reconciled, and reported with integrity.

With a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and financial analysis, you bring the ability to translate complex compensation, AR, and expense data into meaningful insights that support operational decision-making and financial integrity.

You excel in collaborative environments, partnering with Operations, Practice Managers, Finance, and Revenue teams to resolve issues and deliver reliable outcomes. You demonstrate the accountability, judgment, and independence required to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of accounts receivable, compensation administration, expense reconciliation, and internal controls, and demonstrates the ability to support, guide, and mentor junior team members.

### In This Role, You Will

  • Validate dental draw calculations and supporting data to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved compensation arrangements
  • Process dental draw payments for doctors within established timelines
  • Review compensation, production, collection, and adjustment information to identify discrepancies requiring follow-up
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support payment calculations, adjustments, and audit requirements
