Pet Placeis a subsidiary of Doubtless. PetPlaceis building a digital first pet e-commerce platform with the aim of connecting key market services such as adoption, lost pet and insurance to make pet care easy.

Job Summary:

Pet Place is seeking a Senior UX Researcherwho will report to the Manager of User Experience. This role is essential in shaping product strategy through deep user insights and delivering intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

This role is primarily research-focused, with an emphasis on driving product decisions through insights, while using design as a tool to communicate and validate ideas.

The Senior UX Researcher will lead end-to-end research initiatives, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and partner closely with product, design, and engineering to inform PetPlace’s growing suite of digital products.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in UX research or a related field, a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful research, and a passion for uncovering user needs and translating insights into meaningful product outcomes.
