## Day to Day

Deliver innovative, intuitive user experiences to drive Indeed’s growth, focusing on monetization strategies. Be a creative force behind the optimization of Indeed’s sponsorship, subscription, and billing experiences using experimentation to drive conversion rates and revenue growth. Merge creativity with data-driven insights to optimize and drive metrics. Apply strategic design thinking to create interfaces that captivate users while driving revenue growth. Lead and participate in experiments to validate design hypotheses and optimize conversion metrics. Design and launch experimental products, pioneering ideas and assessing their viability through launches and empirical learning. Work with multi-disciplinary product teams to identify solutions for validating ideas, while consistently advocating for the end user. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define the vision for the team’s product and ensure seamless and continuous development and deployment. Conduct user research to integrate the user's voice into the design process, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied. Produce compelling User Experience (UX) solutions for early-stage products, leveraging Indeed’s design system to balance best-in-class solutions with speed-to- market. Audit key user journeys and analyze data and user feedback to gain expertise in the end-to-end experience.
