Senior UX Designer

About this role

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional UX and UI design experience, including senior or lead responsibility on shipped software.
• Excellent design skills: typography, layout, color theory.
• Demonstrated ability to use agentic coding tools to produce working UI prototypes.
• Proven experience designing for both web and mobile.
• Ability to conduct user research and testing, run heuristic evaluations, recognize usability patterns and promote best practices.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to wireframe to final prototype, incorporating feedback throughout.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including component libraries, variants, auto layout, variables and prototyping.
• Proven experience designing within an established design system — and contributing components back to one.
• Working knowledge of how design systems are built, governed and adopted.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $104,000 to $130,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
