About this role
*The Senior UX Designer is responsible for understanding customer journeys, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive digital solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes. This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to iteratively design and deliver differentiated end-to-end experiences while contributing to the maturity of our design practice.*
*The Senior UX Designer is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through delivery and continuous optimization—and actively shapes design standards, systems thinking, and team capabilities. This position reports to the UX Design Manager.*
*Job Duties*
- Understand customer journeys and pain points to create intuitive solutions that solve complex problems across multiple touchpoints and user contexts
- Contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery, prototyping, and design through delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring user-centered outcomes at every stage
- Design holistic experiences with functional interactions, visual design, and micro-interactions that align with our design system and brand standards
- Communicate the rationale behind every design decision, using data, research insights, and design principles to build stakeholder confidence and alignment
- Partner with UX Researchers to champion customer-centric solutions, interpret research findings, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Contribute to and leverage our design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products while identifying opportunities for component creation or evolution
Establish and socialize best practices, governance standards, and processes for design documentation, asset management, and cross-team collaboration
