They supply almost every major UK retailer, including George at Asda, Tesco, Primark, Next, M&S and Sainsbury's, plus leading online retailers. They have a large licensing portfolio in UK apparel, from Disney, Paramount, Universal and more.

About the Role:

They are looking for a talented and creative Adult Licensed Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating imaginative, design’s for Adult nightwear, daywear and swimwear including cross category collections. The successful candidate will work closely with the licensing team to incorporate well known licensed characters and properties that resonate with the Gen Z consumer. This is not "lift and slap" design. You will take licensed characters, style guides and stock assets apart and rework them into unique artwork that fits each retailer's customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling licensed graphics and AOPs (all-over prints) for adult product, in line with the strategy set by the Head of Creative and Adult Design Manager
• Interpret clear briefs for retailers such as George, Primark and Tesco, hitting each customer's handwriting first time to keep amends to a minimum
• Work within licensor brand guidelines and approval processes while pushing artwork to be bespoke and commercially strong
• Rework assets from style guides and Shutterstock into original artwork, never placing them as-is
• Use WGSN, comp shops and pop culture research to spot trends; build seasonal and flash trend packs for the wider design teams
• Create realistic product mock-up boards and in-store visuals using AI tools such as Newarc and ChatGPT
• Revise designs quickly from client and internal feedback
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities against tight retailer deadlines
