Job Summary:

Leads a development squad to design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time. Provides technical guidance, enforces best practices, mentors junior developers, and contributes to development, bug fixes, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

What a day in the life looks like

• Ensure that products developed are of high quality and completed on time.

• Serve as the guardian for your squad’s code, processes and best practices.

• Mentor more junior developers in processes, technologies, products, design patterns, and coding styles.

• Independently, and with your squad, design and develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs.

• Participate in the Agile process.

• Constantly improve methods of product development to increase productivity and quality.

• Stay up to date on new technologies and development practices.

What you bring to the team :

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience

• You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, commercial software

• You have a bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, or related) or equivalent work experience
