## Day to Day

You'll be embedded on a product team building AI powered hiring automation tools for employers. Your work centers on a core design challenge: helping employers trust, configure, and stay in control of AI driven decisions while ensuring job seekers have a fair, transparent experience.

## Responsibilities

• Own interaction design for complex configuration and automation UX interfaces where employers define preferences and the system acts on their behalf at scale
• Design for trust and transparency in AI powered features: make automated decisions legible, give users meaningful control, and surface the "why" behind system behavior
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, including distributed teams, to deliver cohesive and scalable user experiences.
• Translate high-level experience goals and product roadmap priorities into actionable, iterative design solutions.
• Use qualitative research, usability testing, A/B testing, and customer feedback to validate and refine design decisions.
• Analyze workflows, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys to identify opportunities to improve usability, satisfaction, and overall experience quality.
• Incorporate user insights and data-driven findings into the design process to ensure customer needs remain central to product development.
