Senior UX Designer

About this role

We're looking for an outcome-oriented Senior UX Designer to enhance our job seeker experiences across our global product portfolio. Collaborating with Product Managers, Localization, UX Writers & Researchers, and other Designers, this Designer will discover opportunities, identify pain points, and explore innovative ways to improve the experience for job seekers in diverse markets. We're looking for someone enthusiastic about analyzing data and keen on using product experimentation to address user needs.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

This position is part of BOLD's UX & Design department and will work directly with one of our Product teams. These teams work collaboratively to identify opportunities where modifications to our products would create a better user experience for resume/CV builder tools. Members of this team reside in the USA, Puerto Rico, Europe, and India.

How do we work?

• We are committed touser-centered experimentation, leveraging A/B testing to ensure multiple valuable ideas see the light of day. We pursue every worthwhile idea, creating dedicated solutions by constantly learning and keeping users at the forefront of our design decisions.
• We build confidence in our product updates by deeply understanding our users, by tracking user and business KPIs at all times. This confidence is followed by biweekly syncs focusing on highlights across various teams.
• We work in agile 2-week sprints where estimation is a key part of the delivery. Estimations are meant to be precise, helping achieve the best and most well-thought-out results, rather than the fastest ones.
• We maintain synchronization on product progress through ongoing meetings within smaller teams, which are scheduled flexibly to accommodate different time zones and work preferences.
• We collaboratively own our OKRs with our team members, which we develop together in quarterly planning cycles.
