As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology and automation projects, working closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing roadmaps, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams in a dynamic, internationally distributed environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management will be essential to understanding client needs and translating them into actionable solutions. ### Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization's communication and automation technologies, including voice, SMS, natural language understanding (NLU), and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Build and maintain account roadmaps, ensuring clear visibility into project progress, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Gather, validate, document, and communicate technical and business requirements to implementation teams.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, scope changes, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams to coordinate priorities and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
