SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead a major enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiative involving complex technology environments and multiple business stakeholders. You will oversee several concurrent IT workstreams, coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery. From planning and budgeting to governance, risk management, and implementation, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle. Working across interconnected SAP platforms and enterprise applications, you will ensure alignment between technical execution and business priorities. The position requires strong leadership, structured project management, and the ability to manage large-scale ERP initiatives. You will work primarily remotely while collaborating onsite with stakeholders in Pennsylvania on a regular basis.

### Accountabilities

You will lead and coordinate complex SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring that workstreams, resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with organizational objectives and established project management standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead multiple concurrent IT project workstreams of varying complexity, coordinating internal teams, external resources, vendors, and system integrators.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee integrated project plans and schedules, including task-level activities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, defining roles, responsibilities, escalation procedures, and decision-making processes.
