Senior Tax Accountant/Bookkeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate who could Prepare the tax return on Drake Software (Familiarity with Drake is required) Individual/{artnership/LLC/Corporation tax returns, perform monthly Bookkeeping functions for the clients (Strong knowledge of Quick Books is required), File Payroll tax returns. This job is flexible and requires a 3 days a week schedule and very relax time schedule.

Duties

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
• Perform tax accounting duties, including preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Extensive experience of preparing the tax returns is mandatory.
• Utilize accounting/Tax software such as Drake, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and others for efficient record-keeping.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping and financial concepts.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
