About this role

Description


The ideal candidate will help drive operational excellence through strong resource management, capacity planning, roadmap planning, workload prioritization, and process adherence. The individual will work closely with Brian's team and other operational stakeholders to ensure work requests are properly managed, expectations are set appropriately, and teams follow established intake and prioritization processes.


This person must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess the leadership skills necessary to challenge long-tenured team members when needed while helping drive organizational change initiatives. The role will focus heavily on accountability, operational discipline, Agile/Scrum best practices, workload management, and ensuring teams do not circumvent established procedures.


Industry knowledge in media, streaming, content delivery, or related supply chain operations is preferred but not required. Process knowledge can be taught; leadership, accountability, organization, and operational rigor are the critical requirements.
