As a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist at Transitions Care you will own the full cycle recruiting process across the company, with a primary focus on proactively sourcing talent for high demand clinical and leadership roles. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process, and providing real time recruiting data to support operational decisions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with operational leaders to ensure consistent staffing across all locations and will be accountable for hiring speed, quality, and early retention outcomes.
This is a hybrid position, combining in-office and remote work. Travel will be required.
Major Responsibilities
Sourcing and Recruitment
- Build and maintain steady candidate pipelines and talent pools by role and geographic area, with a focus on high demand clinical and leadership positions
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Actively source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, school partnerships, alumni networks, niche job boards, competitors, and other sourcing channels
- Partner with operational leaders (AVPs through Administrators) on staffing priorities, proactively identifying roadblocks and creating solutions
- Manage and optimize vendor tools and relationships (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to diversify and strengthen candidate flow
