Join a distributed engineering team building a cloud-native endpoint management platform that helps organizations secure, configure, and maintain devices at scale. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Agent Team, you will design and develop reliable, secure services that communicate with millions of software agents deployed across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. You will take ownership of complex features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Working across backend services, frontend interfaces, and event-driven architectures, you will help deliver scalable solutions that simplify modern IT operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, mentor fellow engineers, and champion high standards for security, quality, and performance. ### Accountabilities:

• **Design and develop scalable solutions:** Research, architect, build, secure, and maintain software services that support communication with more than two million deployed endpoint agents worldwide.
• **Own features end to end:** Lead significant features and services from technical design and implementation through testing, release, production monitoring, and ongoing maintenance, including associated frontend interfaces.
• **Evolve distributed systems:** Extend and improve event-driven services, microservices, and large-scale event ingestion platforms to support new capabilities across the endpoint management platform.
