2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Development Engineer will design, develop, and implement digital solutions to support the organization’s healthcare services. This role is responsible for shaping the technical architecture, coding software applications, and ensuring the performance and scalability of digital products. The position contributes directly to the innovation and reliability of digital engineering projects, helping to advance the organization’s ability to deliver effective healthcare solutions. The role also involves collaboration across teams and requires occasional travel.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and define technical architecture and infrastructure for digital solutions

• Develop software components and implement complex functionalities

• Collaborate on architectural decisions and ensure solution scalability and maintainability

• Optimize performance and code efficiency using advanced programming skills

• Integrate software components to ensure interoperability
