The Social Media & Content Creation Specialist will focus on managing and growing our internal Facebook page network by creating engaging content. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent posting, monitoring engagement, and identifying content that performs well across our pages.

The position supports the marketing team by maintaining active social media channels and contributing to audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• **Social Media Management:** Manage Facebook pages and ensure consistent daily activity and posting.
• **Content Creation:** Create and publish engaging content including images, and text posts tailored to the page category.
• **Community Management:** Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages while maintaining positive interactions with followers.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor engagement metrics including likes, shares, comments, reach, and follower growth.
• **Content Optimization:** Identify high-performing content and replicate successful formats to improve engagement.
