What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead multiple Salesforce and integration workstreams across various Salesforce Clouds and middleware
• Oversee technical design sessions and ensure effective communication of project timelines, risks, and decisions
• Manage external system integrators and vendor partners to ensure performance and quality
• Ensure technical solutions follow Salesforce best practices and support detailed implementation planning
• Enforce quality gates, risk management, and deployment compliance through CI/CD governance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience managing Salesforce or enterprise SaaS technology projects
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager in complex multi-system environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and custom solutions
• Working knowledge of Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
