This role owns the operational engine that makes renewals predictable, measurable, and efficient at scale.


You will serve as a strategic business partner to Renewals, shaping processes, tooling, forecasting, data, and operational workflows.


The position combines revenue operations, analytics, systems thinking, and commercial judgment across complex renewal motions.


You will improve the full renewal lifecycle, from identification and assignment through risk management, quoting, close, and post-renewal data quality.


The role requires strong cross-functional influence across Revenue Technology, Finance, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success.


As a senior individual contributor, you will lead through ownership and influence rather than direct management responsibility.

Accountabilities

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model, covering renewal identification and assignment, risk management, forecasting, quoting, closing, and post-renewal data hygiene.
• Develop and optimize operating cadences that guide renewal execution, improve efficiency, and establish consistent processes across the organization.
• Define, maintain, and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners, including gross and net retention, churn, downgrades, and the underlying drivers of renewal performance.
• Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve CRM, subscription and entitlement records, quoting, orders, billing, reporting, and supporting data flows, translating business needs into requirements and validatin...
