Senior Recruiter, GTM
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the growth of our North American GTM teams. What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, strategic sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing expert guidance to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive, long-term talent acquisition strategies for our North American offices;
