## What You’ll Do
With guidance, you'll run engineering and GTM requisitions from day one. You’ll run your own reqs within three months. That means:
- Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
- Screening inbound applicants and conducting initial screens to assess fit and interest
- Coordinating and scheduling your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
- Learning to close candidates in a competitive market, with the expectation that you're closing independently within six months
