Senior Project Manager – Traveling Construction Role
Salary: $150,000–$250,000 DOE | Nationwide Projects

We have a Senior Project Manager opportunity with a large construction company. We’re looking for an experienced construction leader with 10+ years of project management experience who can independently manage projects valued up to $75M, from groundbreaking through completion, with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare material take-offs and bid documents; source materials and subcontractor services.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
• Maintain safety standards and communicate project progress, risks and priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to independently lead large projects from groundbreaking to completion.
• Knowledge of industrial facility design, engineering and construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Construction Management degree, related degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to travel (Mon-Fri) for projects nationwide.
• OSHA 30 certification and experience with design-build, food processing or distribution facilities preferred.
