About Monaco Solicitors & Grapple
Monaco Solicitors is an award-winning, tech-forward employment law firm dedicated exclusively to representing employees. With thousands of new enquiries each month, we are the UK's largest claimant-only employment law firm. We're known for our commitment to access to justice, our collaborative remote-first culture, and our early adoption of AI across the business. In September 2025, we launched Grapple Law - an AI-powered legal platform designed to make legal support more affordable and accessible. Think "legal ChatGPT", but with the ability to send legal-headed correspondence and help users resolve workplace disputes.
Grapple's growth so far
Since launch in September 2025, we have 6,000 monthly active users and we've secured around £1.5M in successful settlements negotiated for clients entirely by our AI, with no human lawyers. Our 700 Google & Trust Pilot reviews are nearly all 5 star.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us recruit across both Monaco Solicitors and Grapple. You will be involved in other projects with the recruitment being the main one.
You'll own hiring end to end, including the plan, the pipeline and the numbers, and you'll be accountable for getting the right people into the business across legal, operations, customer support and technology.
This is not a recruiter role - we've tried hiring talent acquisition specialists for it before and it hasn't worked. We already have a well-defined recruitment process: we know how to hire the best people, and we'll teach you all of it. What we need is someone who runs that process properly, every time. That means a high level of attention to detail, ownership of results, and the ability to get things done without being chased or managed closely. You'll be able to bring in talent acquisition assistants to handle screening calls and other manual work, but the project and its results are yours.
We don’t expect this role to be headhunting, but you are happy to engage headhunters to help you deliver results.
There is already HR support within the business, so this role is primarily focused on hiring rather than HR.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a fully remote role. Flexibility and autonomy. Exposure to a fast-growing AI and legal tech business. The opportunity to own a business-critical project in a scaling company.
Key Responsibilities
Own recruitment as a project
Run our established hiring process consistently and to a high standard, and keep it running as volumes grow
Own the recruitment numbers: pipeline, time to hire, conversion at each stage, cost and quality of hire, and report on them
Work directly with CEO to agree hiring priorities and plan delivery against them
Manage multiple live vacancies at once without anything slipping
Bring in and manage talent acquisition assistants for screening and other manual work, and check the quality of what they deliver
Write and post job adverts, and keep candidate communication timely and accurate
Spot where the process, systems or reporting can be improved, and make those improvements
Support onboarding and hiring coordination so new starters arrive set up to succeed
About You
4+ years' experience as a project manager, business administrator, operations manager or in a similar role where you fully owned delivery and results
1+ year experience as a Senior project manager, Senior business administrator, Senior operations manager or in a similar senior role where you managed others
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly responsible: you deliver what you commit to without needing to be chased or micromanaged
Comfortable owning numbers and failures and reporting on them honestly
Happy to learn and follow an established and efficient process rather than reinventing the wheel
Organised and able to run several workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (ATS - we use Workable, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, reporting)
Recruitment experience is useful but not required. We'll teach you how to hire the best people.
Why Join Us?
Fully remote role
Flexible working hours with real autonomy
Opportunity to work closely with founders and senior leadership
Be an essential part of an ambitious AI-driven legal tech growth story

Friendly, collaborative, and supportive remote culture
