The Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us recruit across both Monaco Solicitors and Grapple. You will be involved in other projects with the recruitment being the main one.

You'll own hiring end to end, including the plan, the pipeline and the numbers, and you'll be accountable for getting the right people into the business across legal, operations, customer support and technology.

This is not a recruiter role - we've tried hiring talent acquisition specialists for it before and it hasn't worked. We already have a well-defined recruitment process: we know how to hire the best people, and we'll teach you all of it. What we need is someone who runs that process properly, every time.
