Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients while mentoring and guiding junior team members. You'll be a key player in ensuring talent needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Recruitment Operations:
\* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
\* Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
\* Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the client's requirements.
\* Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Team Support & Mentorship:
\* Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and interns, helping them navigate their responsibilities.
\* Train and assist team members with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other recruitment tools.
\* Oversee and guide the team in interview coordination to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
Specifications
Experience:
\* A minimum of 2 year of demonstrable experience in a domestic and international BPO, Banking, or Sales hiring role is mandatory.
\* Must have no employment gaps.
\* Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
\* Prior experience in a senior or mentoring role is highly preferred.
