## Senior Project Manager (PMO Lead)

Washington, DC (Onsite – 3 days/week)
Local candidates: DC, MD, VA
USC / GC Only

Seeking a Senior PMO Lead to drive governance, structure, and execution across a portfolio of technical projects. This role ensures SDLC compliance, manages risks, and leads cross-functional teams and vendors in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC execution
• Enforce PMO processes, governance, and standards
• Manage project portfolio (timelines, risks, resources)
• Lead PMs and serve as escalation point
• Coordinate across vendors, agencies, and stakeholders
• Strong SDLC and system integration knowledge
• Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA
• Proven leadership in multi-vendor environment
• **PMP (or must obtain within 1 year)**
