This role leads high-visibility mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, integrations, and other complex business initiatives.
You’ll independently drive projects from early planning through execution, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
The position requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping initiatives moving forward.
You’ll collaborate across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, operations, security, leadership, and external partners.
Your work will help ensure critical projects remain aligned, risks are addressed early, and teams maintain accountability.
The role offers significant ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to improve M&A processes and broader project management practices.
This is a fully remote position with travel of up to 35% depending on project requirements.

### Accountabilities:

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex cross-functional initiatives while maintaining project visibility, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Lead project management for mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, integrations, and other major cross-functional initiatives from planning through successful execution.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and decision logs across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate teams across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, operations, security, leadership, and external partners.
• Support due diligence by organizing data requests, tracking open items, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining momentum across workstreams.
